The Joint Secretariat of the U.S. - China EcoPartnerships program is delighted to announce the 2015 solicitation for new partnerships. This annual opportunity draws a significant number of applications and is highly competitive.
EcoPartnerships bring together U.S. and Chinese organizations - local governments, universities, non-governmental organizations, and/or companies - to showcase innovative pilot projects. Their concept must relate to the U.S. – China Ten Year Framework on Energy and Environment Cooperation or Climate Change Working Group. The Joint Secretariat provides the level of recognition needed to elevate best practices demonstrated at the subnational level to international prominence. The aim is to unlock broad replication based on the initial pilot project. More details can be found at the program website.
There is no cost to apply, but the 2015 Application Template must be filled out in its entirety and submitted in English and Chinese by the April 5 deadline. Feel free to share this opportunity with any organization that may be interested.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. We look forward to welcoming the 2015 class of EcoPartnerships!
