Work Plan: 
Task 1
Modify the US project management process to fit Chinese organizational structures. Design and build an online information sharing platform and materials marketplace.
Task 2
Travel to Qinhuangdao and hold initial seminar with local government officials and companies to get the project started. Recruit 10-20 companies to participate in the project.
Task 3
Analyze synergy opportunities and their feasibility. Promote synergy transactions among participants with the goal of generating measurable environmental, economic, and social benefits.
